Trenchless Crew Lead

Shaw Trenchless is looking for a hard working, and dedicated individual to join our project team. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. No on call! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading a trenchless crew. A plus if you have experience in larger projects!

Physical Requirements/Working conditions:

• General phone skills
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, reach, squat often
• Ability to make decisions, work with minimal supervision and be a team player
• Familiarity with the general-Spokane, Cheney, Medical Lake + area
• Ability to ensure that all work is being conducted in a responsible and safe manor
• Ability to transport (with Shaw Plumbing Owned supplies) equipment to designated job site
• Ability to follow directives from the project manager
• Valid drivers license
